A: Purchases made through https://www.cellbeeusa.com are covered by a 14-day return policy. Unused or defective items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be requested prior to returning your merchandise. This can be attained by contacting our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org .

A: All orders from the cellbeeusa.com are shipped from our distribution center in New York.
A: All in-stock items that are order before 3:00 p.m. EST will ship within 1 business day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day.
A: Free shipping is available for domestic orders except expedited service. Orders shipped via US Postal Service can take 5-10 business days. Tracking will be provided once your order has shipped. Other shipping methods include: UPS Ground for $9.95: 3-5 Business Days UPS 2nd Day Air for $14.95: 2 Business Days UPS Next Day Air for $19.95: Next Business Day
A: USPS Priority International shipping costs $29.99 and takes between 7-15 business days in-transit. Tracking information is available only while the package is in-transit within the US. No tracking information will be available once the package leaves the US.
